Eco – Elmsbrook Community Organisation

We are a constituted group that wants to create a great community on Elmsbrook!

 You can help in one of the following ways:

• Join our committee

We generally have Zoom meetings once a month, on a day and time that suits most people. Meetings last around 1 hour. We also work together to set up, run and clear up after events that we have organised. We have various sub groups which focus on specific areas residents are interested in such as:- Elmsbrook Gardening Group (EGG) Bicester Bike Users Group (BIcester BUG), Elmsbrook Cyclists, Elmsbrook Music Group, New Mums and Babies, Elmsbrook Gaming Group, Elmsbrook Book Club, Elmsbrook Runners… to name but a few.

• Help on an occasional basis

We always need plenty of helpers for odd jobs such as running the Pop Up Pub, putting out equipment, cooking cakes, planting bulbs, helping with advertising etc. If you can help your community for a couple of hours occasionally, please could you register your details with us ?

Ideas for new events and activities

We organise events and activities for the benefit of everyone living on Elmsbrook, so we become a more sharing & caring community. The ECO Committee can apply for different funding pots in order to help to pay for these. We’d like to know what kinds of activities everyone would enjoy, support and maybe organise (assisted by ECO Helpers). Please let us know by emailing [email protected]

• Share your knowledge, and also learn valuable skills by joining in community activities.
