Meet the Bees Keepers
Sue and Ade, our very own beekeepers, are coming along to our Hives (lower field below Wintergreen) at 4pm on Thursday 30 October subject to weather and light.
They will talk about safety around bees, including what to do in the unlikely event of a bee sting and what is going on in the Hives at this time of year. The bees are slowing down for winter now and Sue and Ade will be happy to take questions from residents so you can get an understanding of the life cycle of our honeybees as the weather gets cooler.
Come along and learn about our wildlife. We will post any change to this event caused by weather or light conditions.
