Grow Beds Repairs Agreement
GROWN BEDS REPAIRS AGREEMENT & Management
We are proposing that A2Dominion carry out necessary repairs and improvements to the grow beds at the end of the current planting season, between September and February 2026/2027. This work should be completed before the grow beds are formally handed over to the community to be managed. The aim is to ensure the beds are in a much better condition and ready for everyone to use again in Spring 2027.
Jonathan and Andrea have also been invited to help manage the grow beds moving forward. This would be on a voluntary basis, as a service to the community. As part of this, they would act as the main point of contact and represent the group in discussions, including any future repairs or decisions related to the grow beds.
To move forward, we are asking all grow bed owners to confirm whether they agree to the proposed works and whether they are happy for Jonathan and Andrea to take on this role. If the majority are in favour, we will proceed with the arrangements and share clear timelines and next steps so everyone knows what to expect.
